Peter Dolenc is Prosci Change Management certified Advanced Instructor with more than 15 years of experience in field of Change and Project management. His insightful understanding of people factor on the projects helps generate advanced value for the customer. He worked on various projects which includes introducing new product lines, concepts, solutions and processes.
During his career he worked for multinational corporations Microsoft and Oracle where his responsibility was development of markets for new technology concepts. He successfully leads teams and builds their capacities needed to realize ambitus development plans.
Capturing people dependent ROI was crucial during his leadership positions in various Slovenian IT companies during the troubled economic situation between years from 2008 till 2014. He led transformation by promoting acceptance, implementation and reinforcement of change. Peter holds following certifications:
